Introduction
H2O Xtream is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced food and drink vendors to provide avariety of healthy delicious and diverse food and drink options that will enhance the experience of our visitors.
Background Information
H2O Xtream is currently undergoing redevelopment, which includes the removal of the on-site café. As part of this redevelopment, we aim to continue meeting the needs of our visitors by providing food and drink vending machines that offer convenient, diverse, and healthy options.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced food and drink vendors to supply food and drinks that can cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences. These vending solutions should enhance the overall visitor experience by offering something for everyone—from families and fitness enthusiasts to those simply enjoying a relaxing day at the center.
Expressions of interest is open from 11 am Thursday 20 February – 5pm Friday 7 March 2025.
Notification
Each EOI Respondent shall be notified in writing as to whether it has been selected as the preferred Respondent on completion of the assessment and Council decision-making process.
