Upper Hutt City Council has received an application for a Resource Consent from Incite (Resource and Environmental Consultants) on behalf of Lifestyle Developments Wellington Limited.
The application seeks to undertake a subdivision with associated earthworks at 102 Marchant Road, Upper Hutt. The application also seeks to vary consent notice conditions. The application includes information relating to upgrades to the State Highway 2/Marchant Road intersection. The upgrades within State Highway do not form part of this resource consent and are subject to a separate process.

The Council must receive this submission before the closing date and time indicated in the public notice. A copy of this submission must also be given to the applicant, as soon as reasonably possible, at the applicant’s address for service.
